This year the American College of Sports Medicine published a study about the top fitness trends for 2015. They found that push-ups, planks, squats, and other body weight exercises will be the most popular type of workout this upcoming year. Body weight exercises can be done by people of all fitness levels and don't require a gym membership or expensive equipment. They also work! Seriously, we can't make this any easier for you.
