What is BingoCYse?
BingoCyse is an interactive game where the game of bingo is mixed with exercises! The seniors have really enjoyed this mix on the classic game, and all the while the exercises our ambassadors have them performing throughout the game are geared to increase functional fitness and improve everyday living!
