exercyse time
ExerCYse Time is an opportunity for kids in grades K-8 to join us for an hour of games and activities every Friday night! This program provides area youth with a fun and FREE way to be physically active during the cold winter months. Check out an article that the College of Human Sciences wrote about our ExercCYse Time program here!
ExerCYse Time is a student run event through the Iowa State ExerCYse Is Medicine Club. We are now partnered with the Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) to incorporate student-athletes into this program! With the help of the ISU athletes and ExerCYse is Medicine ambassadors, kids will be able to interact and participate alongside our athletes and volunteers!
