ExerCYse Time is an opportunity for kids in grades K-8 to join us for an hour of games and activities every Friday night! This program provides area youth with a fun and FREE way to be physically active during the cold winter months. Check out an article that the College of Human Sciences wrote about our ExercCYse Time program here!
ExerCYse Time is a student run event through the Iowa State ExerCYse Is Medicine Club. We are now partnered with the Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) to incorporate student-athletes into this program! With the help of the ISU athletes and ExerCYse is Medicine ambassadors, kids will be able to interact and participate alongside our athletes and volunteers!
WHEN IS THIS EVENT?
ExerCyse Time is every Friday night starting when the weather gets cooler. Due to COVID-19, we are working to plan ExerCyse time virtually!
For Fall 2020, we have decided to host 3 virtual ExerCyse Time events. ExerCyse Time will be October 16th, October 30th, and November 16th from 7-8 PM! During this time, we will have a virtual meeting link for families to join and we will be playing games that keep kids active virtually!
