ExerCYse Time is an opportunity for kids in ages 6-12 to join us for an hour of games and activities on Friday nights! This program provides Ames area youth with a fun and FREE way to be physically active during the cold winter months. ExerCYse Time is a student run event through the Iowa State ExerCYse Is Medicine Club. We are now partnered with the Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) to incorporate student-athletes into this program! With the help of the ISU athletes and ExerCYse is Medicine ambassadors, kids will be able to interact and participate alongside our athletes and volunteers!
