ExerCYse time

ExerCYse Time is an event aimed to give kids K-8 an opportunity to have fun while getting exercise! It is held every Friday night and is located in the Ames Community School District gyms. Volunteers will be asked to help with check-in, leading activities, and participating with the kids!

aces day

ACES Day is a one-day event that takes place during the first week of May. ACES stands for All Children Exercising Simultaneously, so volunteers will be asked interact and keep kids moving! Each year Cy makes an appearance, so make sure to come help out and represent Iowa State!

In order to sign up to volunteer for one of our events, go to GivePulse.com, navigate to the "Get Involved" search bar and type in ExerCYse is Medicine. There you will find the volunteer opportunity you are interested in and "Create an Impact". Make sure to create an account first to track all your hours!
