Exercyse ambassadors
Join our ambassadors as we take on another semester of programs and events! Programming is managed by subcommittees of students working together on different activities.
Becoming an EXERCySE ambassadorExerCYse Ambassadors are ISU student volunteers who help promote the message that Exercise is Medicine by helping with various events on campus and in the community. Becoming an Ambassador will provide you with many opportunities to achieve valuable volunteer hours while also allowing you to distinguish yourself as an official ExerCYse Ambassador on resumes.
In order to be considered an ExerCYse Ambassador, you will need to contact us at [email protected] to set up a time to briefly meet with our president to go over EIM and the ambassador role. After this discussion, to maintain a role you will need to complete 3 hours of volunteer service through our club each semester. By subscribing to our mailing list, you will be able to see all opportunities that are available to volunteer at monthly. You can also directly sign up for volunteering through GivePulse, explained in the Get Involved section. Do know that attendance will be taken at every event and those who don't remain active with our organization may be deleted from the mailing list and lose their title. Volunteering frequently is also a great way to gain consideration for the ExerCYse leadership team among other great opportunities. get involvedExerCYse is Medicine has teamed up with GivePulse to make it easier to find volunteer opportunities while rewarding you for all the hard work you do. This website will keep track of every time you volunteer from your freshman year up until you graduate. Additionally this tool can calculate the individual impact you are having on the community by volunteering. This makes for credible and valuable information on resumes!

Join the ExerCYSe Leadership TeamStudents looking for experience in building program planning and leadership skills can apply to join the ExerCYse Leadership Team. Undergraduates who are the most active throughout the year through volunteering and serving on various committees will be given preference for these positions.
